Do I need an account to use Cardly?
No. You can store and use cards locally on your phone without signing in. An account is needed only for cloud backup and recovery.
What is included for free?
You can add cards by scanning or importing a screenshot, keep notes and favourites, and show a large barcode at checkout without purchasing Cardly Backup.
How does Cardly Backup work?
Signing in is free. After the one-time Cardly Backup purchase is active, Cardly can save your cards to your account and restore them on a new phone.
Can I restore my purchase?
Yes. Sign in to the same Cardly account, use the same Apple Account or Google account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in Cardly Settings.
Does Cardly send my card data to retailers?
No. Cardly does not send loyalty-card numbers or private notes to retailers or advertising companies.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your Cardly account and cloud backup are permanently deleted. Cards stored only on the current phone remain on that phone.
