Delete your Cardly account
This permanently deletes your Cardly account, active sessions and every loyalty card stored in the cloud backup.
Delete inside the app
- Open Cardly and go to Settings.
- In Backup and account, choose Delete account and backup.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
Cards stored only on that phone remain on the device. You can remove them individually in Cardly or uninstall the app to remove local app data.
Cannot access the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your Apple or Google account. Include the sign-in provider, but never send loyalty-card numbers.
Email a deletion requestWe verify ownership before deletion and normally complete valid requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where required by law or necessary for security.
