Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Cardly is a loyalty-card wallet operated by Kubikom s.r.o. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@kubasova.com.

Data stored on your device

Cards, barcode numbers, notes, favourites, language and appearance settings are stored locally so the app can work without an account. Camera images used for barcode scanning and screenshots selected for import are processed for recognition and are not uploaded by Cardly.

Optional account and cloud backup

If you choose to sign in, Cardly receives an account identifier from Apple or Google and may receive your email address and display name. Signing in is free. Cloud backup and restore are unlocked through the optional one-time Cardly Backup purchase. When activated, we store your account identifier, active session, loyalty-card names and numbers, notes and favourites to back up and restore your wallet.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cardly receives purchase status and transaction identifiers needed to unlock or restore Cardly Backup, but does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Purpose and sharing

We use this data only to provide authentication, backup, restore, security and support. Cardly does not sell personal data or share loyalty-card data with retailers or advertising companies. Cloudflare processes hosting, network and database data on our behalf.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Account sessions are protected by randomly generated tokens. Cloud backup is kept until you delete your account or request deletion, subject to limited retention required for security or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can use Cardly without an account. You can sign out without deleting cards stored on your device. To permanently delete the account and cloud backup, use Settings → Delete account and backup or visit our account deletion page. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.

Children

Cardly is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy when Cardly changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
