This notice applies to the Kubikom Apps public website. Individual applications have their own privacy policies describing how each app handles data.
Who is responsible
The website is operated by Kubikom s.r.o. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@kubasova.com.
Information processed when you visit
The website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure, it may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security signals. We use this information only to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
Contact and support
The website does not contain a contact form. If you contact us by email, we process the address, message and any information you choose to include so that we can answer your request. Please do not send loyalty-card numbers, payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical information is processed where necessary for the legitimate interests of providing a reliable and secure website. Messages are processed to respond to a request you initiate, and information may also be retained where required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or meet a legal obligation.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery and security services. Our email provider processes messages sent to the support address. Where a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, the provider is required to use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards.
Retention
Technical records are retained only for the periods configured for security, reliability and troubleshooting. Support correspondence is kept only while it is needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable period afterwards where necessary for follow-up, security or legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact support@kubasova.com to make a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
