Catalogue and technical data
The app connects through a secure Cloudflare service to load products, prices, images, categories, stock information, delivery methods and payment options from the store system.
Basket and account information
Basket contents may be stored on your device. If you create or use a customer account, information needed for the account and order—such as contact, delivery and billing details—may be processed by the store system to provide those services.
Purchases and orders
Order and payment information is processed only as necessary to complete purchases, provide delivery, comply with accounting obligations and handle customer support. Full payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by this app.
Sharing and retention
Data may be processed by the store platform, Cloudflare and providers needed for payment and delivery. It is not sold for unrelated advertising. Order records may be retained where required by tax, accounting or consumer-protection law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting support. Some order records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is legally required.
