Importing an audiobook
Import a folder, supported audio files or a ZIP archive. One folder should represent one book. Supported formats depend on your device and include common MP3, M4A, M4B, AAC, FLAC and WAV files.
Playback
If a chapter will not play, confirm that the original audio file is still available on the device and try importing the book again.
Cloud synchronisation
Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled on Apple devices or reconnect the selected Google account on Android. Android cloud backup stores small library information; original audio files may need to be imported again.
Restore a purchase
Use Restore Purchase in Chapter while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.
